Construction Field Technician

including installation of the company's waterproofing and foundation repair

Essential Activities and Responsibilities
Assists Project Lead and fellow field technicians with day-to-day duties and helps to maintain overall operation of the business. Follow all company policies as outlined in the employee manual. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of high quality services in a professional manner to meet customer demand and maintain efficiencies.
- Follow instructions from supervisors
- Assist in worksite/job preparation including loading and unloading materials, mixing concrete, lifting and moving wheel barrels, pick and shovel work as well as digging, trenching and grading
- Respect the property of others including company, customer and other employees
- Keep shop and tools clean and organized
- Other duties as assigned and requested
Qualification
- Ability to operate hand tools
- Open to continuous learning and training
- Ability to work on projects with limited supervision
- Experience in relevant industry is preferred
- Possess a current valid NYS Driver's License
